The lake with water lilies
The water lily reserve in Băile Felix offers a unique spectacle of nature throughout the year. Located in the heart of the resort, it is one of the most visited tourist attractions. You will find water lilies blooming all year round, and the lotuses offer a unique view only three months a year, from June to August.
The lakes are populated with numerous species of exotic fish that live only in these thermal waters and in addition to fish, you can also meet turtles, other residents of these lakes. Nymphaea Lotus Thermalis is a subtropical species that is believed to have survived the glaciation period.

Excellent accomodation, very nice spa and the food at the restaurant is absolutely amazing. The prices are very good for what they offer. I strongly recommand it to people visiting this beautiful area of the country. I will come back for sure.
