Internal Policies
The accommodation rate includes:
Swedish buffet breakfast.
WIFI.
Hotel tax.
Access to indoor pool with hydrotherapy
Access to outdoor pool (in season)
Access to saunas and Scottish shower.
Free and video-surveilled parking, the hotel does not assume responsibility for the integrity of cars and belongings left in them.
Accommodation policies
Children aged 0 - 12 years old benefit from free accommodation, staying in a room with one of the parents, provided that the existing bed is used.
Children aged 0 - 3 years old benefit from a free cot on request. Failure to communicate the need for a cot in time may result in the impossibility of providing this service. Please note that we have a limited number of cots.
Maximum capacity of cots in a room is: 1.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
Restaurant
Swedish buffet breakfast 08:00-10:30 AM.
The hotel has a restaurant with a capacity of 85 seats open daily from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel, except in areas equipped with ashtrays. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to sanction the customer according to the law in force, Law No. 15 of January 29, 2016.
Bar
The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or service in the restaurant to drunk, rude or turbulent customers whose behavior harms the hotel's image or disturbs other customers.
The hotel reserves the right to select its clientele.
Damage by tourists to any object in the Aventus Hotel**** will result in their material liability for paying the damages.
Hotel Aventus does not assume responsibility for thefts from the premises. Valuables must be kept in the hotel room safe.
It is strictly forbidden to bring and use household appliances (coffee maker, juicer, iron, kettle, etc.) into the hotel rooms.
Pets are not allowed.
Complaints regarding the quality of the tourist services provided will be made on the spot, during the tourists' stay in the hotel.
Use of the website
Hotel Aventus belongs to SC AMEDI & SONS SRL, CIF RO36850168, Reg Com. J05/2209/2016 with headquarters in Calea Beiușului no. 19, Băile Felix, Bihor County and reserves the right to change, modify, add or delete parts of these terms at any time, without any notice, and, to the extent not otherwise provided, such changes will become effective immediately; as such, please check these terms periodically for changes. The fact that you will continue to use the site after making changes to this Agreement will mean that you accept these changes.
The site www.hotelaventus.ro and the services offered by the site are not available to minors.
The materials found on the site are provided for informational purposes.

The HOTEL AVENTUS brand is a registered trademark, as such the content presented on this site may not be republished, reproduced or copied. Unauthorized use of the site may violate copyright or other laws.
PAYMENT BY CARD
Payment for services offered by HOTEL AVENTUS can be made online by card, paying the full amount or a minimum of 25% of the total amount.
HOTEL AVENTUS is not responsible for any other additional costs incurred by the client, including currency conversion fees applied by the bank issuing their card. The responsibility for this action lies solely with the client.
By completing the reservation, the client agrees that all data provided by him, necessary for the process, are correct, complete and true at the date of placing the reservation.
The bank card processor approved by Hotel Aventus has the right to access/view any type of data/documents generated following a reservation issued on the site, in order to investigate any transaction, if any.
INFORMATION
HOTEL AVENTUS may involuntarily collect other data (IP address, time of visit, location from which access is made, name and version of internet browser, operating system, including other parameters) provided by the internet browser through which access to the site is made and may be used by us to improve the services offered to customers.
